Terms & Conditions

1. To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

5. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

6. The winner will be the entrant whose entry is selected to be the best of the entries by the judges.

7. The closing date is as specified (31/12/11) and Buttlers reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

8. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the closing date. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, an alternative winner may be chosen.

9. Prizes are not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

10. All entries become the property of Buttlers and will be neither acknowledged nor returned.

11. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to use the winners’ names and photos for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes.

12. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

13. Data from all entries received is protected under the Data Protection Act and will not be passed on to any third parties.  

14. Buttlers reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

15. The prize is limited to a 2 hour time slot and is subject to availability of your chosen date and time.

16. Contestants entering agree to be bound by above rules and regulations.
