Since 1990 the COMMANDO CHALLENGE (or as it was known then the ENDURANCE CHALLENGE) have been run by the same family with the event now in its 20th year. The Organising Team are made up of Alan (Dad), Melanie (Mum) and Alana (Daughter) – who as well as devising the concept of raising money this way all those years ago have grown up along side the event. In its 20 years we have seen the event change from ENDURANCE Challenge, to ENDURO Challenge and now the one we all know and love – the Royal Marines Commando Challenge.
